Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2026
Southwest 50th Anniversary Store is operated by Apostle Casual Style in Jacksonville, North Carolina. Buying from this site means you accept the terms below.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm payment by email. We may decline an order — if an item is unavailable, if a price was listed in error, or if we cannot verify the payment — and if we do, you are refunded in full.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is added at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price shown when you order is the price you pay.
Personalized items
You are responsible for the text you submit. We print exactly what your order says, including its spelling and capitalisation. Check your confirmation email — it lists every personalization precisely as it will be produced.
We will not print text that is unlawful, obscene, hateful, or that infringes someone else’s rights, and we may cancel and refund such an order.
Personalized items are exempt from the standard return right, as set out in Shipping & Returns.
Delivery
Production and delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. Where an item is held for reunion pickup, it remains our responsibility until you collect it.
Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe and is subject to their terms. We do not receive or store your card details.
Intellectual property
The 50th anniversary designs on this site are original artworks commissioned for this project. They may not be reproduced, resold, or used to decorate other merchandise without written permission.
Southwest High School and Southwest Onslow High School names and marks are used here to commemorate the school community’s 50th anniversary. This is an independent alumni project and is not an official publication of the school or of Onslow County Schools.
Memory wall submissions
By submitting a memory you confirm it is your own, and you grant us permission to publish it on this site alongside your name and graduating class. We moderate every submission and may decline or remove any of them. Ask us and we will take yours down.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and disputes are subject to the courts of Onslow County.
